Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programs from inception to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resources
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Monitor program progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
