Pechanga Arena San Diego is a premier live entertainment and event venue, hosting concerts, sporting events, and large-scale community programming. Ensuring the health, safety, and operational readiness of our workforce, performers, and partners is a critical component of our event operations.

The Telehealth Coordinator supports Event Medical Operations & Safety Compliance by coordinating virtual medical resources, facilitating communication with healthcare partners, and supporting health-related workflows associated with live events. This role is administrative and coordination-focused and does not involve the delivery of medical care.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Coordinate telehealth access for employees, contractors, and event-related personnel
    •    Facilitate virtual medical consultations in collaboration with licensed third-party healthcare providers
    •    Support on-site medical teams by assisting with remote physician access when needed
    •    Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and follow-up related to telehealth services
    •    Serve as a liaison between Pechanga Arena and external healthcare partners
    •    Assist with compliance efforts related to event safety, health protocols, and incident follow-ups
    •    Maintain organized records and support internal reporting requirements
    •    Provide general administrative support related to event medical operations

Qualifications & Skills
    •    Experience or familiarity with telehealth coordination, healthcare administration, or workforce support
    •    Strong organizational and communication skills
    •    Comfort working with digital platforms, virtual communication tools, and scheduling systems
    •    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
    •    Professional, service-oriented approach with attention to confidentiality and discretion

Clinical licenses or medical certifications are not required for this role.
