Position Overview:

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring project excellence, driving sales performance, and upholding customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations, including sales, scheduling, and installation teams
• Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and accountability
• Monitor job progress and quality control across all projects
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are met consistently
• Analyze financial data and operational KPIs to make strategic decisions
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
• Collaborate with ownership on growth strategies, hiring, and budgeting

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in construction, coatings, or home services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in both office and field settings
• Basic understanding of concrete coatings or willingness to learn quickly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
