Phoenix Group Asia is excited to announce an opening for a Preschool & After School Program Teacher in New Taipei City. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with young learners in a nurturing environment that promotes educational growth and creativity.

As a Preschool & After School Program Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun and educational atmosphere for children, helping them to develop foundational skills through play-based learning. You will work closely with parents and fellow educators to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive in their early educational journey.

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,940 - $2,100 monthly, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development within the primary and secondary education sector.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool and after-school students
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities
• Assess and monitor student progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and activities
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance program offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Early Childhood Education is a plus
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Patience and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
