ClayFace is building the intelligence layer for CPG teams. We are looking for a GTM Engineer to own and operate our demand generation engine from the ground up. You will combine AI tools, data enrichment platforms, and a builder's mindset to design a high-performing outbound system - no prior sales experience required. What matters is intellectual curiosity, a bias for action, and the ability to learn fast in an ambiguous environment.

Key Impact Areas

  • Build the Demand Generation Engine - Design and run Clayface's outbound engine using tools like Bitscale, Smartlead, and LLMs - from ICP definition to personalised sequencing at scale. You will own the infrastructure that fills the top of our funnel.
  • Automate with AI - Leverage large language models to enrich leads, craft hyper-personalised outreach, and build workflows that improve with every iteration. You will be at the frontier of how AI is reshaping GTM motion.
  • Own the Pipeline Metrics - Track performance across the full funnel - reply rates, meetings booked, qualified pipeline generated - and run structured experiments to improve conversion at every stage.
  • Explore and Adopt New Systems - Continuously evaluate emerging GTM tools, data providers, and AI-powered workflows. We expect you to stay ahead of the curve and bring new capabilities into our stack before they become mainstream.

Required Competencies

  • Builder Mindset: You default to building. A personal project, a self-taught automation, or a scrappy tool you shipped on your own - these are as valued as formal experience.
  • AI-Native Approach: Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or tools such as Apollo, or Bitscale is a strong plus. A genuine eagerness to develop this fluency is equally welcome.
  • Data Instinct: You think in signals - company headcount, hiring trends, technology stack, job postings - and know how to translate them into precise targeting logic.
  • Intellectual Agility: No SDR or sales background? That is not a barrier. If you learn quickly and are comfortable reaching out cold to get feedback, you will do well here.
  • High Ownership: You treat the pipeline as your own responsibility. You identify what needs to be tested next without waiting to be directed.
