About the role:

Phyllo is looking for a hands-on builder and leader to own and grow our Social Screening business end-to-end. Your goal is to take a high-potential product, achieve strong product-market fit with global enterprise customers, and scale it into a major revenue driver for Phyllo. This role is about building a new business which is at the intersection of social data and AI

What you'll be expected to do:

  • Drive PMF (Product Market Fit) & Growth: Turn early customer interest into a repeatable, scalable sales engine across brands, agencies, and platforms.
  • Enterprise Solutioning: Work closely with global enterprise customers to solve critical problems around social media background screening,  identity verification, influencer vetting, and risk management areas.
  • Expansion: Strengthen current use cases and identify new, high-impact opportunities to expand or evolve the product.
  • Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, customer success, and operations from the ground up.

You’ll be a good fit if:

  • 10+ years of experience in building, scaling, or leading B2B SaaS products.
  • Entrepreneurial Background: Former founder or senior operator who has scaled a B2B SaaS product from India to global markets.
  • Strong Closer: Comfortable selling in ambiguous, early-stage environments and leading $100k+ enterprise deals.
  • Data-Driven Thinker: Able to turn customer feedback into clear, actionable inputs for product and engineering teams.
  • High Ownership: You don’t wait for direction—you create the plan and execute it.
