Physician Care Centers is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Director, Product Marketing to join our innovative team remotely from Palm Springs. This full-time role presents a unique opportunity to lead marketing strategies in the dynamic Hospital/Health Care industry, specifically focusing on enhancing our product offerings and outreach.

As the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative around our products, translating scientific and clinical data into consumer-friendly messaging. Your leadership will guide the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive growth. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our product marketing teams, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $285,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports professional development and personal well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration
  • Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling consumer-facing narratives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging
  • Oversee the launch processes for new products and enhancements
  • Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the health and wellness sectors to drive partnerships and collaborations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a regulated industry such as health tech, pharma, or medical devices
  • Strong familiarity with scientific and clinical data, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner
  • Experience in DTC subscription or ecommerce businesses
  • Proven track record in building and scaling product marketing teams and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
