PI Midlantic is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated
Operations team in Annapolis. This full-time remote position offers an
exciting opportunity to contribute to our staffing and recruiting
initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting
daily operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall
candidate experience. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure
that our recruitment strategies align with organizational goals and
contribute to our mission of connecting talent with opportunity.
We offer a competitive salary range of $88,500 - $110,000 annually, along
with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters
professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities within the department
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Support recruitment efforts by managing candidate communications
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and update operational documentation and procedures
- Participate in training and onboarding of new staff members
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
- Familiarity with staffing and recruiting processes is a plus
