Our recruitment product suite, FillDesk, is purpose-built for firms running Salesforce as their ATS and CRM, helping them search smarter, hire faster, and get more value from the candidate databases they've already built.
We're a lean, AI-first company with 100's of recruitment customers and growing. You'd be joining at a pivotal moment as we scale our product suite and expand our customer base.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive who has worked inside the staffing and recruitment industry and understands firsthand how agencies operate, what drives their revenue, and why their candidate databases are often their most underutilised asset.
You'll own both new business and expansion revenue, hunting new Salesforce ATS customers and upselling our growing suite of products to our existing recruitment agency customers.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You'll work directly with the founder, own your pipeline, and have a clear path to senior sales leadership as we scale.
What You'll Be Selling
The FillDesk suite of AI-powered recruitment tools, including:
- Candidate Search and Resume Parsing: AI-powered search that surfaces the right candidates from existing Salesforce databases instantly.
- Interview Note Taker: automated, structured interview notes captured directly into Salesforce.
- CV and Resume Generation: AI-generated, consultant-branded candidate CVs and resumes in seconds.
- Candidate Enrichment: Automatically enrich and update candidate profiles with the latest data.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new business (targeting staffing and recruitment agencies running Salesforce-based ATS platforms).
- Drive upsell and expansion revenue across our existing recruitment agency customers, taking them from their current product to the full FillDesk suite.
- Work closely with the BDR to qualify inbound and outbound pipeline and convert demos to paying customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers including agency owners, directors, and ops leads.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and report on sales activity through Salesforce.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and GTM insights back to the founder and dev team.
- Manage and grow relationships with Salesforce consulting partners that focus on staffing and recruitment, to drive referrals and co-sell opportunities.
- Host webinars and online events to engage prospects, showcase the FillDesk product suite, and build brand awareness within the staffing and recruitment community.
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- 1 to 5 years of experience working as a recruiter or consultant at a staffing or recruitment agency. You need to have lived the job, not just sold to it.
- Hands-on experience with a Salesforce-based ATS such as Seven20, TargetRecruit, Bullhorn for Salesforce, Byner, Mysolution or Asymbl.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS or recruitment technology environment.
- Strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how agencies make money and how to frame ROI in terms that land with agency owners.
- Based in the UK or Germany.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience using PipeLaunch or similar Recruitment Tech tools.
- Existing network of contacts within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Experience in a founder-led or early-stage SaaS environment.
