ABOUT PJL TELECOM

PJL Telecom is a business VoIP provider that helps small and mid-sized businesses save 30–70% on their phone systems by eliminating per-user fees.

Unlike providers like RingCentral, 8x8, and Vonage — who charge $20–$45 per user per month — our system starts at a flat $125/month with no per-user licensing. A 50-person company paying $1,000–$2,250/month with RingCentral could be paying a fraction of that with us.

We handle everything: system design, installation, configuration, number porting, and ongoing 24/7 support. You find the customer — we do the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

This is a three-part compensation structure:

1. Service Commission: 100% of the customer's first month's bill
2. Equipment Commission: 50% of profit on hardware sold
3. Residual Income: 10% of the customer's monthly bill for 12 months

Example deal — 30-room hotel at $250/month with $2,000 in equipment:
• $250 service commission (paid within 15 days of first invoice)
• 50% of equipment profit (varies by product mix)
• $25/month residual for 12 months = $300 over the year
• Guaranteed minimum from this one deal: $550+ before equipment profit share

The residual compounds. Close 4 deals per month at an average $200/month service rate and by month 12 you're earning roughly $960/month in passive residual income — on top of your per-deal commissions.

HONEST DISCLAIMER

This is a 100% commission position. There is no base pay, no draw, and no guaranteed income. You are paid as a 1099 independent contractor — not a W-2 employee. There are no benefits.

This works best for self-motivated people who are comfortable with performance-based pay, whether as a primary income for experienced closers or as a side income stream alongside other work.
