Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients
• Assess and evaluate clients’ mental health needs and goals
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and resources
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent
• Experience working in a clinical or counseling setting
