As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Your leadership will contribute to the development and implementation of effective programs that empower individuals and families to achieve positive outcomes. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that values professional growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering behavioral health services
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members

• Collaborate with families to create individualized care plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
