As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements
