Power and Energy Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Ivyland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This position is vital to ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and you will be involved in various projects that aim to improve our service delivery. We offer a competitive salary range of $16 - $38 per hour, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
- Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
