QuickStart is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our
team in Austin. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity
for entry-level candidates to kickstart their careers in the Information Technology
industry. As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will play a key role
in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively.
In this role, you will assist customers with their needs, provide product information,
and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Your
contribution will directly impact our customers' experiences and help foster long-term
relationships. We offer a competitive salary range of $56,000 - $70,000 annually,
along with a supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
