We offer a competitive salary range of $56,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
