JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCUREMENT EMPLOYEE
Comments/Special Instructions: hybrid role, will need to be onsite 1 day/week.
Position purpose :
- The Employee Procurement supports the daily transactional business of tactical procurement activities within the site of the division.
- Execute local procurement and order fulfillment management.
- Administer the local purchasing department ("P2P"). Furthermore responsible for operational data management.
Major Accountabilities:
- Execute Requisitions following defined criteria
- Support requests for quotations, compare proposals and create analysis
- Handle of daily supply issues
- Procure efficiency supply
- Create and update statistical information
- Create, manage and maintain item database (IPS/M3)
- Information exchange and communication with stakeholders, suppliers and procurement
- coworkers as well as with other Service Divisions (e.g. Traffic, Finance, Operations)
- Administrative support to Procurement team

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in Operational/Tactical Procurement and/or administrative functions
- Sophisticated usage of modern communication tools, such as Word, Excel, ERP Systems internet, etc.,
- Fluent in local language and English
- Sound financial analytical evaluation and abilities
- Ability to communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Service oriented
