Rawls is seeking an Social Media Executive /Influencer Marketing Intern/Coordinator to help identify, manage, and grow influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates majoring in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Fashion, or Beauty Business who are passionate about social media and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify local and niche beauty influencers aligned with the Rawls Salon brand
Assist with outreach, communication, and relationship management with influencers and creators
Coordinate influencer visits, content schedules, and deliverables
Track influencer content, engagement, and campaign performance
Help manage gifting, service exchanges, and promotional collaborations
Support influencer contracts, briefs, and brand guidelines
Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
Collaborate with the social media team to repurpose influencer content
Qualifications
Major or coursework in Influencer Marketing, Marketing, PR, Communications, Fashion, or related field
Strong understanding of Instagram and creator culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized with attention to detail
Comfortable reaching out to influencers via DM or email
Passion for beauty, hair, and branding
Basic knowledge of analytics and social media metrics is a plus
