Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic AI Search Engine Specialist to drive our lead generation, form submissions, and meeting bookings through search engines, AI search technologies, and large language models. You will play a key role in optimizing search engine strategies, implementing AI tools, and ensuring the seamless integration of LLMs into our digital marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads via AI-driven search engines and digital platforms.
- Form Submissions: Implement effective strategies to encourage form submissions through targeted AI-powered search techniques.
- Meeting Booking Optimization: Drive efficient and automated processes to book meetings through AI-enhanced search queries and user engagement.
- AI Search Engine Implementation: Work with LLMs and AI search engines to improve organic search results and create high-conversion strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze search engine behavior, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant guest sites for content distribution and integration of AI tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, search engine optimization, and LLM technology to continuously refine lead-generation tactics.
Requirements: - Proven experience in AI search engines and LLM technology integration, with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AI tools, and large language models for search engine optimization and automation.
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking to measure success and drive improvements.
- Ability to optimize conversion rates through AI-enhanced strategies and technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, AI-driven SEO, or lead generation.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and AI search strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and AI analytics platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or Enterprise software.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Experience with retargeting and nurture sequences across multiple channels.
- Basic understanding of SEO/content to align messaging across paid and organic.
Qualification Required
Graduation with relevant experience and certificate.
