Our Service dept is seeking an Entry-Level Dietary Manager to join our team in the Food Production industry. As a full-time employee, you will be working on-site in San Rafael, ensuring the nutritional needs of our clients are met through effective dietary management. Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of nutritious meals for clients
- Develop and implement dietary plans based on individual needs and restrictions
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
- Manage inventory and budget for food supplies
- Train and supervise dietary staff to maintain high-quality service
Requirements:
- Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in food production or dietary management is a plus
