Sales officer
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (leads, referrals, cold calls).
  • Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

3. Market Research and Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
  • Identify potential markets or customer segments.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.

5. Team Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
  • Share insights and coordinate on promotional campaigns or product launches.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
