• Solve Puzzles: Figure out how to keep things running smoothly across multiple threads and complex systems.
• Dream Big: Turn "wouldn't it be cool if..." ideas into solid, scalable code.
• Be a Mentor: Share your wisdom with the up-and-coming devs on the team.

The Toolkit We’re Looking For

• The Basics: 4+ years of professional coding under your belt.
• The Bread & Butter: You’re a C# expert who knows WPF and WCF like the back of your hand.
• The Classics: If you’ve dabbled in WinForms or Win32, that’s a huge plus.
• The Heavy Lifting: You understand the "why" behind the code—design patterns, data structures, and making sure processes don't crash into each other.

Bonus Points

• You’ve worked with hardware, sensors, or automated systems before.
• You’re familiar with gRPC or similar "fast-talk" technologies.
• You actually enjoy a good LeetCode challenge on the weekend.
