RhythMedix is looking for an experienced Director of Customer Support to lead our dedicated team in Mt Laurel. This full-time, on-site position presents an exceptional opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and drive service excellence within the medical equipment industry.

As our Director of Customer Support, you will oversee all customer service operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping our customer support strategy, implementing best practices, and leading a team of professionals committed to delivering outstanding service. Your leadership will directly contribute to RhythMedix's mission of providing high-quality medical equipment and unparalleled customer care.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement customer support strategies that align with company goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer support professionals
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the support team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

 

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Director or Vice-President in customer support
  • Extensive knowledge of customer support processes and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred

 

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $138,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a forward-thinking company that values creativity and collaboration.
