RhythMedix is seeking a Head of Communications and PR to lead our. This position is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on enhancing our brand's reputation and ensuring effective communication across all platforms in the medical equipment industry.

As our Head of Communications and PR, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will oversee public relations initiatives, manage media relationships, and lead crisis communications to safeguard our brand's integrity.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility
  • Oversee all public relations activities and media relations
  • Manage internal communications to foster a cohesive company culture
  • Lead crisis communications and reputation management efforts
  • Collaborate with executives to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly
  • Oversee content creation for press releases, articles, and social media
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

 

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a senior communications or PR role, preferably in the medical equipment industry
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media representatives
  • Experience in crisis management and reputation protection
  • Strong analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
  • Relevant degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

 

We offer a competitive salary range of $275,000 - $292,680 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a forward-thinking company that values creativity and collaboration.
