This position presents accounting professionals with the opportunity to operate within a more flexible and engaging environment compared to traditional public accounting roles. 

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients with a variety of accounting and finance initiatives, encompassing financial reporting, technical accounting, account reconciliations, internal controls, and process enhancements. 

Additionally, you may assist with projects related to system implementations, audit preparations, and operational improvements within finance teams.

The project-based nature of this role allows for engagement across diverse companies and industries, facilitating a broader exposure and the development of a well-rounded skill set.

You will collaborate closely with client leadership teams, directly contributing to the resolution of accounting and operational challenges, thereby rendering this role more interactive and commercially relevant than conventional accounting positions.

**Qualifications:**

- United States CPA or Canadian CPA (or in pursuit)

- Three to six years of experience in a public accounting firm

- Knowledge of financial reporting

- Exposure to technical accounting

- Experience in audit or accounting

- Proficient Excel skills

- Strong communication abilities

- Proven problem-solving skills
