This full-time, on-site position is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the entry level to step into a leadership role within the medical practice industry. As the Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations.

In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization by managing pharmacy services and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. You will be instrumental in optimizing medication management and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Manage inventory and procurement of pharmaceuticals
• Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate pharmacy services and performance
• Provide education and training to pharmacy staff
• Address and resolve medication-related issues and inquiries

Requirements

• UT Pharmacy license (or the ability to obtain prior to starting)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
