As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in our medical practice, working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective anesthesia services for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to develop anesthesia plans
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in anesthesia practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and anesthesia records
- Stay updated on advances in anesthesiology and best practices
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or related field
- Current CRNA certification and licensure
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Schedule: 6a-2p, specific dates
Caseload: Outpatient procedures at a surgery center
Must be board-certified
