As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care, tailored to the needs of each patient. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and consultations
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide post-anesthesia care and manage recovery processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines within the practice

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing and a valid CRNA certification
• Experience in anesthesiology or related field
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and quality care
• Current state licensure and certifications as required
• Level I Trauma

Flexible Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

No call required

Facility: 500 beds

Cases: OB, endo, neuro, EP lab; no cardiac

Medical Direction: 3:1

EMR: Epic
