Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and consultations
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide post-anesthesia care and manage recovery processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines within the practice
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing and a valid CRNA certification
- Experience in anesthesiology or related field
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems
- Commitment to maintaining patient safety and quality care
- Current state licensure and certifications as required
- Level I Trauma
Flexible Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
No call required
Facility: 500 beds
Cases: OB, endo, neuro, EP lab; no cardiac
Medical Direction: 3:1
