As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures. Collaborating closely with our skilled surgical team, you will ensure safe and effective anesthetic management, contributing significantly to our patient care excellence and overall operational goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for various surgical and procedural cases
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical staff
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthesia care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay updated on best practices and advances in anesthesiology

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s or Master's preferred
  • Current state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and anesthesia techniques
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and safety

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

No call

Patient Volume: 18 per day
