 This contract position is an on-site role that provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care in the field of breast health.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team, focused on providing comprehensive breast surgery services. You will work closely with our specialists to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients. Responsibilities

  • Perform breast surgeries including lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructions
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and surgical notes
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques
  • Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and care
  • Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active medical license to practice in the state
  • Completion of a residency in General Surgery with a focus on breast surgery
  • Strong surgical skills and proficiency in breast surgical techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8a-4:30p) and Friday (8a-12p)

Patient Volume: 10-15 on clinic days, 3 on OR days

APP support available

Must be board-certified
