Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of cardiovascular patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide medical decision-making.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with advancements in cardiology and related fields.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license to practice in Dublin, Ireland.
- Previous experience or training in Cardiology is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
Schedule: 24-hour ER call shifts
Case Types: Diagnostic caths, TEEs, echoes, nuclear and treadmill stress tests, etc
Average Daily Procedures: 3-5 stress tests, 2 TEEs, 3-5 caths, 10 echos
Support Staff: RN, NP, etc.
EMR: eCW, Meditech, and PK
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
