As a Locum Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in our surgical team, performing complex procedures and collaborating with other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities

• Perform cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries in accordance with best practices
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for case discussions
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding procedures and recovery
• Stay updated on advancements and technologies in the field of surgery

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Surgery, with fellowship training in Cardiothoracic and/or Vascular Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Wyoming
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing relevant procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Experience in patient-centered care and advocacy
