As a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality emergency care and managing acute medical situations. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes and support our mission of providing excellent medical services.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency situations
• Provide immediate care and stabilize patients as needed
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other physicians
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
• Stay current with medical best practices and emergency protocols
• Manage a variety of medical emergencies in a timely manner

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
• Previous experience in emergency medicine is a plus

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts

Annual Census: 30k patients

Must be board-certified
