Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care and education to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Document patient interactions in electronic medical records
- Participate in continuous medical education and training
Requirements
- Current MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Arizona
- Associate-level experience in Family Medicine or a related field
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Call Coverage: Rotating beeper call shifts
Daily Volume: ~18-20 patients
Patient Population: 70% adult, 20% geriatric, & 10% pediatric
Must be board-certified
