As a Hospitalist, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their hospital stay. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for hospitalized patients
• Conduct patient assessments, exams, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage patient caseloads and ensure continuity of care
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on medical best practices and innovations

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in Florida
• Experience in hospital medicine or relevant clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
• Proficient in electronic health record systems

Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts
