This on-site, contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecological surgeries. Your expertise will contribute to the well-being of our patients while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments
• Manage prenatal and postnatal care
• Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in continuing education and training opportunities

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current medical license to practice in the state
• Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Willingness to commit to a flexible contract schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p

Setting: Outpatient

Daily Census: 20 patients

Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, c-sections, circumcisions, hysteroscopies, hysterectomies, ovarian cystectomies, D&C, etc.

EMR: Epic

Board certification required
