As a Locum Orthopedic Surgeon, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions while collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures related to orthopedic conditions
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up for patients
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida
• Experience in orthopedic surgery as a resident or associate
• Strong surgical skills and clinical knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high standards of patient care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Level I Trauma

Schedule: 10-hour shifts

Daily Volume: 10 cases

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
