In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with cancer through radiation therapy. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans
- Administer radiation treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Active medical license to practice in the state of Arizona
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in oncology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, specific dates
Setting: Onsite at clinic

EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
