Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Interpret and analyze medical images to provide accurate diagnoses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and imaging results
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in radiology techniques and technologies
- Educate patients and their families about imaging procedures and results
- Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in imaging practices
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of operation
- Experience in Radiology, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
Shifts available Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
Skillsets: DX with light IR, mammography
123-bed acute care hospital
Daily Volume: 2-4 procedures for IR, 78 procedures for Mammo
EMR: Epic
PACS: Visage
Dictation: Powerscribe and Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
Less than an hour from an international airport
