As a Locum Radiologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images, contributing to patient care, and ensuring accurate and timely assessments. Responsibilities

• Conduct radiological examinations and interpret imaging studies
• Provide timely reports and consult with referring physicians
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient cases
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technologies
• Mentor and support junior staff when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid state medical license to practice in North Dakota
• Completion of a residency program in Radiology
• Strong knowledge of radiological procedures and imaging technologies
• Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p

Call Requirement: Weeknights (4p-8a) and weekends (24-hour)

Case Volume: 10-15 per day

General IR caseload

Will perform a diverse range of IR procedures

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
