Responsibilities

  • Provide expert urological care to patients
  • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay informed about advancements in urology and related fields
  • Participate in patient education and support initiatives
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures as necessary

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a focus on Urology
  • Associate level experience in a clinical setting
  • Board certification in Urology preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Active medical license in the state of practice

Schedule: 24-hour weekday or weekend call, 7a-7a

Level III trauma

Daily Census: 5 patients, 5-10 phone consults

Cases: General adult urology and ureteroscopies

Inpatient and ED rounding required

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Paid travel & expenses
