Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases
- Perform surgical procedures as required
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management
- Participate in continuous medical education and training sessions
Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of urological conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not mandatory
