 This on-site, contract position presents an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients within a dynamic medical practice environment.

As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with hematological and oncological conditions. You will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients, applying your expertise to enhance our clinical offerings. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient evaluation and management in hematology oncology
• Diagnose and treat a range of hematological and oncological disorders
• Conduct consultations and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of hematology oncology
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Hematology and/or Oncology preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting focusing on hematology oncology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Lawton
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts 
• Minimum call, phone only
• Setting:  Outpatient, onsite and remote

Daily Volume: ~8-10 to start, then ~12-15 patients

Case Types: 50/50 hematology /medical oncology

EMR: Mosaic

Must be board-certified
