Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide patient education and support for lifestyle changes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Internal Medicine

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York
  • Experience in Internal Medicine or a related field
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Patient Population: Ages 18+, specializing in geriatric care

Duties: Routine physical exams and health screenings, sick visits, treatment and management of chronic conditions, same-day appointments, immunizations, and medication prescriptions and refills

Must be board-certified
