This on-site, contract position presents a unique opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services while working in a dynamic environment.

As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to our patients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting women's health and well-being. 

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough examinations and assessments for obstetric and gynecological patients
• Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions affecting women's health
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, adhering to best practices and safety protocols
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ob/Gyn practices and technologies
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care
• Participate in patient consultations and follow-up appointments

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, preferably in a locum tenens role
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning

Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a inpatient call, or 8a-5p in clinic

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Inpatient Volume: 1-6 deliveries

Outpatient Volume: 18-25 patients

Must be board-certified
