 This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional medical care in a dynamic environment within the medical practice industry.

As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care. This role is essential in supporting our commitment to providing quality healthcare services in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
• Diagnose and manage various medical conditions related to Ob/Gyn
• Perform necessary medical procedures and interventions
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Ob/Gyn
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Current medical license to practice in the state of Arizona
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

1:4 weeknight and weekend beeper call rotation

Annual Volume: ~250 deliveries

Daily Clinic Volume: 12-14 patients

Support Staff: Midwives

Must be board-certified
