As a Locum MD, you will play a critical role in delivering exemplary radiological services, collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret a variety of imaging procedures
• Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to the development of radiology protocols and best practices
• Educate and mentor junior staff and residents
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and techniques
• Communicate findings effectively to healthcare providers and patients

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Radiology or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a radiology setting
• Strong knowledge of various imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Scheduled: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

No call requirement

Daily Volume: 15-20 diagnostics & 3-4 procedures

PACS: McKesson

Dictation: Fluency

EMR: Epic

Board certification required
