As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. You will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring that patient care is at the forefront of all operations. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
• Interpret imaging results and provide accurate reports to referring physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the imaging department
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with advancements in radiology
• Assist in the development of imaging protocols and guidelines
• Provide exceptional patient care and address any concerns regarding imaging procedures

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in radiology as a resident or associate
• Strong understanding of imaging technology and techniques
• Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice

Schedule: 3-5 days per week, 8a-5p

Setting: Onsite

Daily Volume: ~40 RVUs

Must be able to read PET CT and do general nuclear responsibilities

Licensed to do therapies is a plus

Will teach residents

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
