Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education and training programs
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Experience in Family Medicine or primary care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: 18-20 per day
Support Staff: Pediatrician and Internal Medicine MD
EMR: Athena
Must speak Vietnamese with a Gulf Coast dialect
Board certification required
