Family Medicine practice in Hornell, NY needs Family Medicine APP support.

Structure:

• 3 MDs per day
• 4 APPs per day
• RNs work as a pool so they float through providers day-by-day
• EPIC - recent experience required
• 20-22 patients a day

Culture:

• Very tight crew that has weekly/monthly meetings
• Very tenured office manager that is well-liked

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday office coverage with 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
• 8:00-5:00 (option to take lunch break)
• 4 weeks a month
• Preference on 1 provider to fill the need
• No overnight call needed

Office coverage Monday - Friday, 36 hours of clinical time with 4 hours administrative time

• Care for adults 18 years and older
• Specializing in geriatric care
• Routine physical exams and health screenings
• Sick visits
• Treatment and management of chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, thyroid disease
• Same day appointments
• Immunizations and flu shots
• Prescribing medication and refills
