This on-site, contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic medical practice environment.

As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, manage patient caseloads, and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Perform necessary procedures and interventions
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in rounds and case discussions
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and guidelines

Requirements

• Current NP or PA certification and state licensure
• Associate degree in Nursing or relevant field for NP; or Physician Assistant program completion for PA
• Experience in Internal Medicine or hospitalist settings is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
