As a Locum NP, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to children and adolescents. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes while contributing to our mission of providing excellent pediatric care. 

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on best practices and pediatric care guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Experience in pediatric care or relevant clinical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical care
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting

Flexible Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week

No call requirement

Duties: Typical bread-and-butter pediatric primary care

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
